I am Akrem Ziani, founder of Onzaris. I am building a sports operations platform for leagues, clubs, tournaments, and officials.
The product started from a simple observation: running sport involves far more than publishing a fixture. People need to coordinate teams, venues, officials, rosters, payments, game sheets, results, and communication around the same event.
That operational gap is the work Onzaris is built for.
The record is the starting point
A schedule on its own is not enough. The surrounding work needs structure, permissions, clear ownership, and a reliable record that people can use before, during, and after the game.
That is why I am focused on connecting the workflow around each fixture: what has to happen, who is responsible, what changed, and what still needs attention.
Why this matters to me
Before Onzaris, I built websites for local businesses, then built Lazo Growth, a digital marketing agency where I recruited and trained a 25-student cold-calling team. We made over 600 cold calls and closed our first $500 client.
That experience taught me how much work lives between a conversation and an outcome. Systems only help when they preserve context and make the next action clearer.
What I am building now
I am building the product around bounded workflows that can be inspected and improved with real organizations. The goal is to validate the work itself, not to present a polished demo as proof of adoption.
